Suspension crane
Suspension crane leave your entire workshop area available for production. Suspension crane are simply attached to the existing roof structure – columns to support the crane runway are not needed. This design saves time and costs. Alternatively, the installation of stand-alone steel superstructures also enables the suspension overhead crane solution to be adapted to changed production requirements.
NLX series single girder underslung crane can be directly mounted under the existing roof structure. The rail adopts I beam and support rail beam no need to be installed. Single girder underslung crane helps you to make reasonable use of the existing plant.
To install an suspension crane, the roof structure must have the ability to withstand the weight that imposed by the suspension crane itself and the load. So, before you make the final decision to purchase an single girder underslung crane, you need to consult with our engineers to make sure that every detail is considered in order to avoid any convenience.
Simply attached to the existing roof structure, this special kind crane eliminate the need for runway support columns. This way, the entire building floor area is available for production. Peripheral areas of the workshop can be served by using the girder overhangs to extend the travel range of the hoist trolley beyond the runways. Optional latching devices make it possible to transfer the hoist trolley from the crane girder to a branch track and back without having to deposit the load.
