HHBB Electric chain hoist is light and small rescue equipment. Composed of motor, transmission mechanism and chain wheel. Good outlook, solid durable. Use and application
Widely used in the fields of factory, storage, wind power plants, logistics, port and construction. USD for lifting or loading. Or lift heavy objects for work or repair. It can be controlled using a grounded remote control handle or by wire (wireless). It can be hung and fixed to be used or combined with a monorail electric cart (as in the following pictures).
Features of the structure
The body chooses to use die-casting or high-strength aluminum case, extrusion molding process, thin-walled, small size, low weight, high strength precision manufacturing.
Separate speed adjustment system, seal stage 2 coaxial gear transmission mechanism with long life oil bath lubrication system.
The powder metallurgy clutch for electric hoist is used as an overload protection device. The brake disc adopts direct current magnetic field, stable and fast braking torque, noise is low.
Lifting motor
Using a high performance hoist motor that can last 30 minutes at full load and grade B insulation.
Lifting chain
The chain of the low carbon steel alloy makes the chain more resistant, strong and wear-resistant, ensuring safety during working. The hardened surface of the load chain can prevent damage to the core materials and soften the products. It thus allows the load chain to maintain high performance for a long time. The chain can also be extended according to customer's order request, and you can use it more easily. The chain is equipped with a chain bag which makes the electric hoist look clean, neat and beautiful. The chain bag contains anti-rust oil, so that the chain will not rust easily, so as to prolong the life of the electric hoist.
Double brake system
Two sets of brake systems not only reduce the risk of brake failure, but also increase the safety and benefits for thermal radiation.
1. Electromagnetic brake. The new brake system reacts quickly and provides positive braking force. The use of asbestos-free brake linings considerably prolongs the maintenance cycle. The brake system has been tested over 22,500 times.
2. Mechanical brake. Highly reliable mechanical braking and electromagnetic brake are mutual coordination, they can stop the machine at any time.
Variable speed tooth
The standard HHBB electric chain hoist mainly uses the reliable helical gear, it can extend the lifespan of lifting service by reducing the impact of gears and vibration. The special gear design improves the durability of the gear, and the gear is made of alloy steel, through professional fine heat treatment which can achieve the highest strength
Low voltage control handle
The standard low voltage handle on the chain hoist is 24v-36v. Low voltage can effectively protect the operator to prevent damage from electric shock (24V-36V is a national compulsive standard).
